Grand Theft Auto V iFruit Android App Now Available

The Grand Theft Auto V iFruit Android App is now available for smartphones and tablets.

The app started being offered on iOS devices around a month ago. Now Android users have access to it as a free download in the Google Play store. It only runs on devices running Android 3.0 or later.

The app allows users to interact with Grand Theft Auto V directly from their mobile device. It also offers access to GTA V news, the Rockstar Games Social Club, LifeInvader and other Rockstar Games apps.

iFruit lets users customize their GTA V ride by using "personalized plates," and applying various paint jobs and parts to the car in order to improve the overall experience.

It also comes with a Chop the Dog feature that lets users take care of Chop, the dog, who belongs to the character Franklin in the game. This will result in better Chop performance while playing the game if the user decides to treat him well.

If a player does right by the dog he will be more helpful and responsive to Franklin, perform tricks such as sitting, begging and giving paw if properly trained, sniff out the nearest hidden items when the player takes him for a walk, and will earn enough credits through walks and proper caretaking and exchange them for a new collars for Chop.

The app currently has a 3.3 star rating out of 1200 reviews.

Grand Theft Auto V was released last month and received praise from critics. It also sold extremely well generating $800 million in revenue within 24 hours of its launch.

Like other GTA titles, the game is made for adults and features mature content such as violence, sex, and strong language.
