'Hannibal' Season 3 News, Spoilers: What to Expect in 'And the Woman Clothed in Sun'?
The intense moments in Thomas Harris' novel "Red Dragon" are beginning to play out more on NBC's small screen adaptation of the series. According to spoiler reports, the 10th episode of the third Season of "Hannibal" titled "And the Woman Clothed in Sun" will see the serial killer Francis Dolarhyde (Richard Armitage) communicating with the equally infamous Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen). Meanwhile, the FBI continues to prod into the case as they began to shed light on the killer's psychology.
The official synopsis provided via Spoilers Guide said that Dolarhyde finds way to approach and communicate directly with the cannibalistic doctor. His intention is to consult the doctor regarding his "becoming." He somehow managed to establish direct connection with Lecter, who is currently being locked up in Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane. Deep inside him, the Tooth Fairy believes that only Hannibal could help him gain better understanding of himself.
Meanwhile, Will (Hugh Dancy) began to feel the uneasiness with his frequent consultation with Lecter. He fears that this bond will become more powerful and that it could ultimately lead him to his destruction.
Before it's too late, Graham opted to seek the help of Lecter's former psychiatrist, Bedelia du Maurier (Gillian Anderson), whom he believe could be the only person to who can make him understand about his current plight.
The rest of the episode summary indicates that carvings depicting the Great Red Dragon seen from the crime scenes will further help the Bureau and Will gain more insight on Francis Dolarhyde's twisted and disturbing psychology.
