'Heroes Reborn' Episode 5 Spoilers and Episode 4 Recap: Jose Discovers the Truth; Molly Ends Her Life
On the next episode of "Heroes Reborn" entitled "The Lion's Den," the official synopsis reads, "Noah and Quentin target Renautas. Meanwhile, Miko might land in trouble as she tries to retrieve her sword; Malina inches closer to the truth; Luke faces his past by returning home; authorities swarm in on Tommy; and Carlos finds a possible ally."
In the promo for the episode, it seems that the world is coming to an end and only the heroes can save humanity. Malina uses her powers to fight, while Tommy discovers his true destiny as he is told by the mysterious penny man that he will help save the world. Meanwhile, Erica is willing to start a war in order to save lives.
The previous episode began where things left off. Tommy and his mother were in a car accident that severely injured her. He transported his mother to the hospital. He merely ended up with a few stitches and he was surprised to see Emily and Brad had arrived at the hospital in order to support him. He was told that his mother was stable but needed a transfusion. He had his blood tested and he used his powers to get the blood from another hospital. The nurse told him to run since his blood was flagged. He and Emily ran into some authorities.

In California, Carlos upgraded the suit because he was inspired by his nephew Jose who had fixed an old car that had not worked for years. Later on, Carlos used the car without Jose. Jose had discovered the hideout and learned that his father was the masked hero. Jose tells the priest that he has abilities and then the police captain showed up.
In St. Louis, Luke had discovered that he had powers. He and Joanne had gone to a house and killed a man that was on Noah's list. He had been having second thoughts about killing all evolved humans. Luke than revealed his powers to Joanne who could not kill him and left him instead.
In The Arctic Circle, Malina and Farrah were moving south. Malina has the power of life, but she was worried that she cannot save the world. Farrah assured her that she will not be alone. In Midian, Noah and Quentin got Taylor to help them look for Molly. Molly killed herself when she was found by Noah so that she would not be used again.
Erica sent Harris to Canda where a signal was picked up. She told Harris to bring The Shadow with him. The Shadow happened to be Quentin's sister Phoebe was holding a shadow ball.
