Howard Stern and Offensive America's Got Talent Act: Bad Kissing Scene (VIDEO)

Howard Stern, the newest judge on "America's Got Talent," who is more famously known for being an incredibly offensive radio host, has been offended.

Throughout his career, Howard Stern has been the cause of over $3.2 million in FCC fines for "indecent" programming. Since 1982, Stern has been offending viewers who tune into the radio. One of his first offenses included poking fun at a plane crash that resulted in 74 deaths, a joke which resulted in the radio host losing his job.

Stern achieved one of his first FCC fines after making a lewd sexual comment about Aunt Jemima's maple syrup. In 2000, Stern was all but kicked out of Canada, after being fired from two Canadian stations for inappropriate content.

One "America's Got Talent" contestant however, has managed to put Howard Stern on the other end of the shock factor with his attempt to display skills in "air sex."

Stern became offended during the "America's Got Talent" auditions in Tampa, Florida after a bearded man approached the stage to display and act titled "air-sex." The man launched into a series of lewd gestures before getting the "X" by Stern himself.

"I'm the judge that gets offended by this kind of thing," Stern, who racked up millions in FCC fines during his terrestrial radio career, told the man. "It's highly offensive -- that's a 'No' for me."

Stern failed to describe what about the act actually offended him. The man appeared to only to be involved in a rather intimate kiss with himself. Sharon Osbourne only smiled at Stern's response, but the man failed to make it to the next level. Most people in the montage, in fact, failed to make it to the next round in Tampa on Tuesday night as well.
