iOS 9.3.3 Updates Bug Fixes and Security Improvement; Why do you need to keep your iPhone device updated?

Now that security and privacy is becoming a threat to most users, Apple has released another installment to its iOS 9 software. While there are users who ignore update reminders on their device, it is somehow important to be reminded that software updates are important in terms of enhancement.

The iOS 9.3.3 is the third minor update to iOS 9. Although the update didn't focus on new features and redesigned apps, it brings an improvement on the software's performance. iOS 9.3.3 is the ninth iOS 9 software update, next to iOS 9.0.1, iOS 9.0.2, iOS 9.1, iOS 9.2, iOS 9.2.1, iOS 9.3, iOS 9.3.1, and iOS 9.3.2.

In an online document released by the company in their website, the Apple 9.3.3 has made improvements in iPhone's Calendar, CoreGraphics, FaceTime, Siri Contacts, WebPage Loading and more.

The minor software update went through long beta processes, and is now finally downloadable for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The software can be updated by going to the Settings, or downloading it directly via iTunes.

What is the Importance of an Updated Device?

Primarily, Apple has stated that keeping your device updated is important to maintain a high level of security in operating the device. But it isn't just about security in terms of keeping your files private, or your lock screens secured.

In the advent of technology, tech-geniuses are no longer just comprised by decent people with educational degrees, even online hackers and attackers have been part of the group, and basically, their goal is to harm, track or rob someone by the use of online connection and viruses.

Earlier in March 2016, a group of researchers from Johns Hopkins University had found a flaw in Apple's iMessage platform. Research said that the flaw in the company's encryption would enable attackers to decipher data such as photos and videos being sent through the said platform. The flaw was thankfully fixed immediately with the iOS 9.3 update.

In conclusion to that, a minor update that fixes bugs and enhances security improvements is as important at an update with lively, fancy features and design. Updating one's device occasionally may appear to be annoying for some users, but ensuring one's safety is still the most important in communication.

Meanwhile, users have been looking forward to the release of the new iOS 10 this September, with new features such as improved messaging, and notifications.
