Jimmy Fallon Baby Winnie Picture Revealed

Jimmy Fallon and his wife Nancy Juvonen welcomed daughter Winnie Rose on Tuesday, but the "Late Night" host has just now debuted the baby's first picture.

In posts to both Instagram and Tumblr, Fallon wrote, "I would like to introduce... Winne Rose Fallon," and included a sweet close up of the baby's face. Another picture of Winnie featured the caption, "Hi."

Since the couple had not publicly announced that they were expecting, the baby's arrival in New York City on July 23 surprised many of Fallon's fans.

A rep confirmed the news, revealing that the new parents "are overjoyed about the arrival of their beautiful daughter," reported E! News.

Nevertheless, Fallon and his wife of six years have earned praise for their name selection, which was announced on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" by the ecstatic host.

"I'm emotionally drained. I'm the father of a beautiful baby girl," the 38-year-old told his audience. "She's 5 pounds, 9 ounces. Me and my wife are so happy. Thank you all for all the well wishes on Facebook and Twitter and the blogs. I'm just so happy."

The television personality also joked that new fathers struggled more than new mothers.

"It's been a crazy couple days- well actually, just one day," said Fallon during the episode. "It was just yesterday. It feels like I've had a four-day conference. It's very taxing on the fathers. I don't know how it is for the mothers, but very taxing."

Winnie Rose Fallon's arrival occurred one day after a major baby boom that included the births of several other high-profile children, such as the royal baby born to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Interestingly, while he did not mention his own wife's imminent labor, Fallon took to Twitter joking about the royal baby news on Monday.

"Kate Middleton went into labor this morning," wrote the funnyman. "When the rest of the royal family heard, they said, 'Oh my God- what's 'labor'?" #fallonmono"

Then, following news of his baby girl's arrival, Fallon joked, "Yes, William and Kate, we will definitely set up a play date."
