Players who have bought previous titles of the game should expect a bigger and more explosive version in the upcoming title, with the main protagonist, Rico Rodriguez shooting at paratroopers, vehicles, tanks, and even blowing up buildings and other structures.

Based on the gameplay footage that's been posted, the action has increased by nearly half, with better physics, bigger explosions, and even more diverse destruction in an environment larger than all the other "Just Cause" games in the franchise.

"Just Cause 3" follows the adventures of its hero, Rico Rodriguez, and is set several years following the events of the previous game. Rico has left the Agency to return to his home island of Medici, and unfortunately the fictional Mediterranean isle has been taken over by a brutal dictator named General Di Ravello, who is in the process of unraveling his nefarious plan to take over the world.

Armed with his grappling hooks, a parachute, and a new wingsuit, Rico sets off for Medici to rescue it from Di Ravello's clutches, and in the process carries destruction with him wherever he goes.

The new environment is set over 400 square miles of terrain which includes subterranean caverns, buildings, and other unique landscapes.

Based on the gameplay footage, players should expect a good number of vehicles and weapons action, with a heavy emphasis on destroying things in the most creative way possible.

"Just Cause 3" is scheduled to arrive on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on December 1.
