Justin Bieber 'Baby Mama' Mariah Yeater Made Previous Paternity Claim Against Ex (PHOTO)

Justin Bieber fan Mariah Yeater, 20, who has claimed that the teenage pop star is the father of her child, reportedly already made a paternity claim against her ex-boyfriend last year.

Yeater accused her ex of being the father of the same child but he denied the claim. Yeater was then arrested for slapping him.

According to TMZ, Yeater had been dating John Terranova toward the end of high school. Yeater and Terranova got into a fight after she told him that he was the father. He denied her allegations and Yeater was then arrested and charged with battery after hitting John in the face, according to TMZ.

Yeater was arrested on Dec. 21 on suspicion of battery domestic violence. As of June 2011, the case was continued to Dec 2011. Her lawyers had asked for a continuance on June 16, saying she lived out of state and was “under doctor’s orders not to travel due to high-risk pregnancy.”

Yeater filed a paternity lawsuit on Oct. 31 and asked Justin Bieber to take a paternity test and provide “adequate support for my baby.”

Yeater told a California court that she had a tryst with Bieber after his concert at L.A’s Staples Center on Oct. 25 last year.

RadarOnline reported that Yeater told the judge: “When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back. On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”

Bieber has spoken out for the first time since the allegations emerged. He told the Today Show’s host Matt Lauer, “I would just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true. I know that I'm going to be a target but I'm never going to be a victim.”

He went on to say: “I think it's crazy because every night after the show I'm gone, right from the stage to my car so it's crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations but to set the record straight, none of it is true.”

Bieber told Lauer that he had “never met the woman.”

Yeater has been receiving death threats from Bieber’s fans since her allegations emerged.

Justin Bieber, who is a devout Christian, spoke out against pre-marital sex earlier this year in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine: “I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them.”
