Katy Perry, John Mayer Portrait Promotes Song, Reveals Couple's Life At Home

Katy Perry and John Mayer are not only endorsing their love with new portraits released this week, but their duet "Who You Love" as well.

The couple, who have been dating over a year, combined their voices with the track found on Mayer's latest album "Paradise Valley."

While "Who You Love" already revealed insight to Perry and Mayer's once-rocky relationship, the new companion portraits convey a stable and serious ardor.

On Monday, Mayer took to Tumblr to share the single artwork for "Who You Love" featuring himself with girlfriend Perry.

"I'm excited to give you the first look at the single artwork for 'Who You Love,' shot by the great Mario Sorrenti," the singer posted. "Get it at the iTunes store, then head over to Vanity Fair to see exclusive photos from the shoot. And yes, we look like this at home pretty much all the time."

The black-and-white image reveals Perry with tousled hair wearing a silk night gown laying on a couch above Mayer who is seen sitting on the floor strumming his guitar.

Later, Mayer added the same photo to Instagram with the caption, "Proud of this song, proud of this artwork, proud of this girl."

The couple began dating during the summer last year before breaking up and getting back together. They are featured in four more photos in Vanity Fair.

While Mayer admits he is "not running anymore" in the lyrics to "Who You Love," the singer is also reportedly moving closer to proposing to Perry. A source close to the "Daughters" singer said he was "looking at rings."

"He wants to do it soon because his dad is 86 [years-old]," the insider noted, according to Us Weekly.

Another insider said that an engagement is "inevitable" and that Perry and Mayer are "very serious."

"Everyone wants them to get engaged," the source told E! News. "They are so perfect together."
