Kenya Moore News: 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' Star Announces Bigger Wedding Ceremony Next Year
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore has defended her decision to have a private wedding and announced that she will have a bigger ceremony next year.
It was in June when it was alleged that Moore wed a certain Marc Daly in an intimate beach ceremony. While there are people questioning her decision to have a low-key wedding, Moore came up with an Instagram post recently defending her choice to have one.
"Thank you for all the love, support and well wishes tonight. My wedding was incredibly beautiful, intimate and PRIVATE...that's what we wanted. I married for love not for cameras. I met a man who was so special to me I would have married him at the courthouse," Moore said on her Instagram post.
The former Miss USA titlist also went to reveal that, while a few of her loved ones were a part of her special day, including her aunt, sister, and best friend, her father was not there to witness her wedding. Nonetheless, there is still a chance for her old man to walk her down the aisle as she and her new husband are planning a bigger wedding in June next year.
"I love my father dearly and he will walk me down the aisle," Moore added.
Meanwhile, last Sunday's episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" featured Moore announcing that she had wed Daly. While the reality-TV star's new husband is shrouded in mystery, allegedly even refusing to appear in any episode of the Bravo reality program, many fans could not help but be happy for Moore as they recalled the roller-coaster love life of the reality-TV star.
During the airing of the show's premiere episode for its current season, Moore even tweeted that she is glad for being in a different place now and that God is good. She also went to explain why she is looking forward to leaving her iconic Moore Manor and move to another home, saying that she believes that when two people get married, they have to move to a new place to start their life anew.
