They are only one point clear of relegation but have done all they can to keep their place in England's top flight next season. They have pulled off four straight victories, with their most recent a 1-0 win over bottom-feeding Burnley.
Leonardo Ulloa leads the team in goals with eight in 32 appearances, while veteran Esteban Cambiasso has four goals so far in 26 league games.
If they want to ensure that they stay in the league next year, they will have to hold their own at home and get a result against Chelsea.
