Mama June Of 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' to Make a Workout Video

June Shannon, best known as Mama June, has embraced a new healthier lifestyle and has lost 300 pounds in the process. And she plans to infect others with her newfound motivation to lose weight and stay healthy.

The "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star is making it a point to inspire and motivate others to go on their own fitness journey. Hollywood Life reports that the reality star wants to make a workout video in the future to make it possible.

A source told the publication, "June is looking into making a workout video, she thinks her dramatic slim down could be great motivation for other women struggling with their weight."

"June's lifestyle habits have undergone a drastic turnaround since she decided to get in shape, and she now eats super healthy, in addition to working out every day," the informant added.

The source also told Hollywood Life that Mama June feels like a different person. She is now full of energy. And for the first time in a long time, she likes what she sees in the mirror.

The reality star is sticking to an exercise regimen as well as a healthy diet to stay fit. In the future, the informant said, Mama June intends to start a new reality show, particularly her own dating show. Honey Boo Boo, on the other hand, who is now 12-years-old, opposes to the idea of starting a new TV show.

WETV's reality series "From Not to Hot" detailed Mama June's weight loss journey, where it was revealed that she went through bariatric surgery even though she denied it in the past.

Contrary to reports about embracing a new lifestyle, some say that Mama June has gone through a series of procedures to lose some pounds. What is worse is that she allegedly continues to practice an unhealthy lifestyle of binge eating.The reality star has yet to respond to such rumors.
