'Married to Medicine' season 3 spoilers, plot news: Episode 10 recap and Quad's possible leverage next week

In the latest episode of "Married to Medicine" season 3, viewers of the show thought that they may have seen last of the tensed meetings between Lisa Nicole and Quad, but just before it ended, some new information surfaced that seems to be only a prequel to an ultimate confrontation, most possible initiated by Quad, in next week's 11th episode.

According to the recap by Celebrity Laundry, last night's episode had quite a number of revelations going on, mostly centering on Lisa Nicole and Quad's feud. It all started with Toya finding out that Lisa Nicole and Quad both attended a Porsha William's event.

Toya has been planning a Kids vs Moms basketball game for a while and uninvited Lisa Nicole instead of Quad to avoid any drama that may ruin the game. Upon the discovery of the said attendance, Toya got upset and immediately shared the news to Simone. The reason for all the girls' dismay is because since Quad and Lisa Nicole got in a feud, Quad has seemingly been trying to pit the ladies against Lisa Nicole, convincing them to be on her side. Both women feel that they've done their part in staying clear of Lisa Nicole, and to know that Quad herself was at the same event as Lisa, brought upon some feeling of betrayal, especially for Simone who had stood up for Quad all this time.

Toward the middle of the show, Simone called up Lisa Nicole and patched things up, and all the ladies and their kids were able to attend the Kids vs Mom game. Moreover, no one had caused any drama much to Toya's relief.

Going home peacefully, and moving on to Quad's event, a man approached Quad during the event, who seemingly wanted to have a serious conversation with her. He was fairly concerned that Lisa Nicole was focused on her feud with Quad, further on saying that she should instead pay attention to her family. Quad asks how he is connected to Lisa Nicole's family, and he responds with a shocking answer revealing, "I do know her husband very well. Her husband is sleeping with me."

Many think that Quad will have to confront Lisa Nicole about this, and can only cause two things: a more fired up feud if Lisa Nicole doesn't believe her or an unexpected reconciliation if she decides to trust in Quad.

The new episode will air on Sunday at 9 p.m. Bravo.
