The second free Xbox title, "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition," is an updated version of the original "Tomb Raider" video game. Initially released in January 2014, it contains all the original game's features and updates.

Set in Yamatai island where a dangerous cult lives, Lara is tasked with rescuing her friends and finding a way out. "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition," which will be available for free from September 16 to October 15, will offer a multiplayer feature, the first in the series to do so.

Players will also get to play two Xbox 360 titles for free, including the 2009 real-time tactics action video game, "Battlestations: Pacific." Players will enjoy advanced combat features on submarines, and customizable planes, as well as participate in island invasions with new weapons, ships, and planes.

A sequel to "Battlestations: Midway," it follows the storyline from the previous game as American forces fight their way to Okinawa and victory. "Battlestations: Pacific" will be free to play from September 1 to 15.

Starting September 15 until October 1, gamers will be able to get their fill of 2013 first-person shooter, "Crysis 3." Created by German video game developer Crytek, it is the third installment in the "Crysis" series that primarily focuses on main character, Prophet, who is set on revenge against the evil CELL Corporation.

Set 24 years following the events of "Crysis 2," Prophet returns to New York and discovers the city underneath a giant Nanodome built by CELL.
