'NCIS' Season 13 Cast News, Update: Former Series Star Confirms Character's Involvement

Fans who are keeping close tabs on the casting side of CBS' hit police procedural drama TV series "NCIS" Season 13 may already know that there will be a "significant" guest cast who will be appearing when the show finally bids goodbye to one of its pioneer stars, Michael Weatherly. The latter plays the fan-favorite NCIS Special Agent Anthony "Tony" DiNozzo who will now be exiting the long-running series.

Series executive Gary Glasberg previously spoke with TVLine saying that these appearances will help the viewers to "reflect" on what the series star really meant for the show.

Over the course of few months, there have been talks indicating the possibility that among those who will return is Cote de Pablo, who plays another well-loved character, Ziva David. But the latest reports confirmed that the 36-year-old won't be joining the send-off party in the Season 13 finale.
