New York Knicks vs Dallas Mavericks Live Stream, Start Time: Watch NBA Online
East meets West.
East meets West in this cross conference showdown as the New York Knicks host the Dallas Mavericks at the Madison Square Garden in the regular season of the National Basketball Association.
In their first meeting this season, the match is on December 7, 2015 at 7:30 PM ET.
At the moment, the two teams are on the thick of things in their respective divisions as the Knicks are seated third in the Atlantic Division with a 10-11 record. While the season is still young, New York must try to keep their pace with the top teams in the East if they want to recover this season and get back to the playoffs.
On the other hand, the Mavericks have been the surprise team as they have exceeded expectations as they are now third in the Southwest Division with a 12-9 record.
They may have slid down the standings as they were once second in the group, but not one expected the Mavericks to even be contending for those spots as they do not have a lot of stars who can support Dirk Nowitzki who is also in the twilight of his career.
However, plays from players like Deron Williams and Wesley Matthews who have seemingly accepted the challenge, give the team a boost and has given the Mavericks a new outlook that they are still one of the better teams in Texas.
Their last match was a good 116-104 win where Matthews exploded to lead the team to victory. Another performance against the Knicks may secure the victory and start a winning streak.
Meanwhile, the Knicks are coming off a humbling loss to a young Milwaukee Bucks club as they broke New York's win streak. They can get back to .500 if they get a win against the Mavericks.
