Nina Pham Ebola Condition Update, News: Dallas Nurse Now Listed in Good Condition, Boyfriend Showing Symptoms

Nina Pham, the nurse from Dallas who contracted Ebola while taking care a Liberian patient, is now listed as being in good condition.

The National Institute of Health indicated Tuesday that the 26-year-old health worker was flown with a fair condition to an NIH clinical studies facility in Maryland from Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. They even took to their social media to post a tweet announcing the news.

"Clinical status of #NinaPham, #Ebola patient @NIHClinicalCntr, has been upgraded from fair to good," they wrote.

It was at the Texan hospital that Pham, along with Amber Vinson, was confirmed positive for the virus after Thomas Eric Duncan died from the said infection.

The press release from NIH further pointed out that Pham was thankful "for everyone's concerns and well wishes."

While Pham was being taken cared of in Maryland, her boyfriend "may have also contracted" the virus.

An Epoch Times report also made reference to Alcon CEO, Jeff George whose email stated that the nurse's boyfriend "was immediately admitted to the hospital and put in quarantine after showing signs" of being infected with the virus.

Nonetheless, the said email did not indicate that the man is suffering from Ebola.

Meanwhile, Vinson, 29, is currently being treated at Emory University Hospital, a health care facility located close to the headquarters of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta.

The Ebola virus outbreak has already claimed the lives of more than 4,500 people and have already infected, based on records, more than 9,000 individuals.
