'Once Upon a Time' Season 5 Spoilers: Will Emma Break Hook's Heart in the 2-Hour Special?

Many fans of "Once Upon a Time" agree that the current season is the most exciting one yet. As Emma (Jennifer Morrison) takes on the role of the Dark One, it has definitely pushed many people like Regina (Lana Parilla) into the spotlight taking on unusual heroic roles. With the current mission of almost everyone in Storybrooke to get Emma back to her old self, it's no surprise that one of the most determined people to do so is Hook.

However, instead of Hook's affections being positive addition to the cause, it seems that it may actually be holding him back from doing more. According to the latest promotional video released for the upcoming 2-hour episode, Hook will bravely declare his love for Emma despite her changing characteristics. Yet the darkness within Emma may be too strong to be overcome by any love.

After all, if Emma was able to break Henry's heart in the previous episodes, it's no surprise that she won't hesitate to use Hook's feelings to manipulate him. However, many in Storybrooke may be seeing through Emma and perhaps it will be up to the likes of Regina to make Hook see what Emma is turning into.
