'Once Upon a Time' Season 5 News, Cast, Spoilers: Zelena Kidnaps Her Baby to Oz?

It seems that Regina will have a lot on her hands this season of "Once Upon a Time." As many already know, with Emma being the evil one, Regina needed to step up into the full heroic role Emma had abandoned. Furthermore, her relationship with Robin Hood has definitely become complicated with Zelena's baby on the way. In the last 2-hour episode, viewers witnessed Zelena's accelerated pregnancy due to Emma's big evil plan. No one is more unprepared for the arrival of the baby girl than Regina, but she will apparently bravely take on the challenge. However, her relationship with Robin will just get more difficult from here on.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Regina will push through with her plan on raising Zelena's child. Lana Parrilla, who plays Regina, shares, "Regina really establishes the rules. This is how it's going to be, you can see your daughter, but under strict supervision. One of us has to be present, meaning Regina or Robin Hood." She further explains why Regina feels to implement such boundaries between the mother and child, "There is still a huge level of distrust when it comes to Zelena and Regina. I just don't think she feels that Zelena is going to make the right choices, and she doesn't."

Parrilla also talks about Zelena's plans with her daughter, "She wants that baby to be wicked and she's going to teach it how to be wicked. She's going to take it and run back to Oz. Regina and Robin Hood are going to do everything to stop that."

Sean Maguire, who plays Robin, also adds his character's dilemma, "Robin being a bit of a family guy, he's very concerned about the fact that you've got this dreadful, all but evil person who seems to be without redemption." He elaborates on how the show has always been about hope and change as he confirms this also applies to Zelena, "We're trying to believe there can be some redemption for Zelena, but we'll have to wait and see if there's anything in there worth saving."
