'Real Housewives of New York' De Lesseps Big Wedding: Details Revealed

Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Thomas D'Agostino, Jr., are making plans for their 2017 New Year's wedding. The venue has been selected, and the dress is next on the to-do list. She shared with E!, "It's going to play out on the show ...We're getting married on New Year's Eve. I'm very excited about that."

The Countess points out that it will be a threefold celebration: New Year's Eve, D'Agostino's 50th birthday, and of course, last but not least, their wedding. She appears truly ecstatic about this big change to happen once again in her life, as her words reflect during her guesting on "The FABlife."

The 50-year-old lovebird said, "I'm so excited. I found love the second time around. I'm so lucky. His name is Tom, he's wonderful."

The "Real Housewives of New York" reality star says she believes D'Agostino is her soulmate and that it was never her expectation to find love again in her life, after having been married for 16 years to her first husband.

A source has told E! News, "They are very much in love."

In February, before heading out to Vail, Colorado, for a romantic getaway, the couple announced their engagement. D'Agostino popped the question with an eight-carat canary yellow diamond ring just a few days after her FABlife appearance where she had talked about her latest love.

A close de Lesseps source shared with People that D'Agostino had planned to propose during their getaway to Colorado which was to be on Valentine's Day, but he was not able to hold it off. He had proposed before the couple left for their trip.

The same source has also told of de Lessep's being "over the moon" in love with D'Agostino, and the star's great joy and gratitude for finding love the second time around.

D'Agostino had earlier described to People how it was when they first met at Manhattan's The Mark Restaurant. The CEO of Smart Source said they had each been with other people when it happened, but all it took was to start a conversation, and they had since been "inseparable."

"She is like an asteroid who has impacted my life."

The Countess had gotten married to her first husband, Count Alexandre de Lesseps, 66, in 1993, but they were divorced in 2009. They have two children, Noel and Victoria.

When E! asked about her losing her royal surname and title, the reality star responded that she'd had it for a long time that it's already a part of her. She also said she had a great first marriage, "But I'll be Mrs. D! Instead of de Lesseps, I'll be Mrs. D'Agostino."
