'Ride With Norman Reedus' Renewal Update: 'TWD' Star Scores Renewal Before Season 2 Premiere

AMC confirmed on Tuesday that they will be renewing "Ride With Norman Reedus" for its third season. The announcement comes two months prior to the premiere of season 2.

Fans of "The Walking Dead" star will be able to follow him as he continues to travel on the open road. His journey involves exploring local biker culture, meeting various craftsmen from around the country, and knowing their stories.

Reedus will take different guests on each episode of "Ride." In the upcoming season, the motorcycle enthusiast will take his "The Walking Dead" co-star Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays baddie Negan, across Spain.

Elsewhere next season, viewers will see Reedus explore the Low Country of Savannah, Georgia, and his home New York City. Comedian Dave Chappelle is expected to join Reedus in Georgia while chef Mario Batali will take on the Big Apple with him.

As of now, details for season 3 are sparse. Updates should follow in the months to come.

"There's not much I love more than riding my bike on an open road with good friends," Reedus said about the show's renewal. "The fact that I get to do that as my job is a dream come true. I'm super stoked for people to watch the upcoming season and can't wait to start shooting three soon."

"Ride With Norman Reedus" season 3 will air sometime in 2018. For the meantime, fans can catch the season 2 when it premieres as a two-night event starting on Sunday, Nov. 5 at 11 p.m. ET. The second episode will air the following day, Monday, Nov. 6 at 9 p.m. ET on its regular schedule.

Apart from the aforementioned, fans can catch Reedus is another AMC show, the hit thriller "The Walking Dead." A brand new season premieres on Oct. 22.
