Rockstar Games Disappoints Fans With Another Delay on GTA V PC Release

GTA V's PC release has been delayed again.

Rockstar Games originally scheduled for the game to be released Fall of 2014. When that did not happen, they said they will move it to late January. However, the game developer seemed to be having a road bump on the PC version since they are delaying the launch for another time.

The game company announced the delay on their social site, Rockstar Newswire.

"Our apologies for the slight shift in the date but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be," said the announcement.

"Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans. Thanks everyone for your understand and we assure you these few extra weeks will be worth it when the game does arrive in March," the site continued.

Rockstar is extending the release for two more months.

It has been reported that the "polished" version will have an added feature called the Rockstar Editor, which enables users to have a "full suit" of tools to record and publish their game journey on YouTube and on the Rockstar Social Club.

Console versions, Xbox One and PS4, were released November 2014. The PC version is expected to provide added support toits multiplayer mode. The PC version will be able to have 30 players, at most, in one game.

Additionally, it will have the GTA Online Heist, which will be launched "in the coming weeks."
