'Scorpion' Season 2 Episode 22 Spoilers: Walter And Co. Executes A Government-Sanctioned Robbery
CBS' hit crime fighting drama TV series "Scorpion" Season 2 returns this week with a brand new episode that will see the Team Scorpion executing a robbery plan. What makes it interesting is that the criminal act is somehow sanctioned by the US Government itself. Will they be successful with the job? What troubles await the group?
The Futon Critic says in its synopsis for the episode titled "Hard Knox," that the US Department of Defense will hire Walter and his squad to break into the famous impregnable Fort Knox, in Kentucky, Louisville. The object of the mission is for the government to find out if their security measures can hold off from any attacks. The goal given to them is to steal a precious artifact in the said location.
It would have been just a touch-and-go mission until the team found the need to break in the second time around when they discover "something dangerous hidden inside" the said artifact.

A promo trailer reveals some hair-raising moments in the episode. It features Walter, Happy, and Toby inside a vault which happens to house a scepter. The thing looks very precious judging from the stones and jewels encrusted on it. The boys doubt that they can even lift the artifact since it settles above a pressure plate which will instantly send off the alarm when it is taken from its place.
But Happy is seem quite confident of her skills.
"I'm a mechanic. I spent my life eyeballing weight and measures," she declared. Sylvester, who is in their base, gave the engineer a close to accurate calculations. She then proceeded to empty a toolbox to make it weight exactly as that of the scepter in display.
The trio held their breath as they attempt to pull off a switcheroo of the precious object with a toolbox.
However, it certainly won't be that easy for them to just walk in and pull off the heist. As teased in the clip, there's something bad that might happen during the operation. Fans may still have to find out how these things unfold when "Scorpion" Season 2 Episode 22 premieres this Monday, Apr. 11 at 9 on CBS.
