What to Expect

In Season 6, Fiona had a job, Frank had been sober for a while and Carl just got out of prison. Debbie has been in a dilemma on how to handle pregnancy at a young age. Everything is going well for the Gallaghers, except for Debbie who is having a hard time coping up. But with this bunch, the story might still have a lot of surprises along the way.

In Season 7, Caleb (Jeff Pierre) may be cheating on Ian (Cameron Monaghan). Ian just broke up with Mickey (Noel Fisher) and being with Caleb might have been the best thing after that. But now, he will find Caleb cheating on him with a woman. There is also a possibility to see more of Mickey and Ian together in the show. The two have been hurt, but have not gotten over each other yet.

Frank is a single dad of six children. Despite Frank's behavior, the kids managed to make their way towards maturity in their own ways. Frank's family is a unique one and they are all happy as they are.

Shameless was first shown in 2011. It was adapted from a British series of the same name. Season 7 will be airing soon and there will be more unexpected and hilarious moments with the family.

Aside from William H. Macy, the show includes Emmy Rossum, Joan Cusack, Ethan Cutkosky, Shanola Hampton, Jeremy Allen White and Emma Kenney.

The Show's Popularity

Shameless will return for its seventh season and it seems that the show has been given a premiere date earlier than usual. The series usually gets released by January, but this time, the Gallagher family will arrive early.

The show is aired in Showtime and has been the longest-running original series for the network. After getting the highest ratings, the series has been renewed for another season. Furthermore, the latest season will still retain all the characters from the previous ones.

The comedy show Shameless will be back for its seventh season with 12 episodes in Showtime on October 2, 2016 at 9 p.m. E.T.
