Abbie tries to do her job but is dragged in to the case of her sister Jenny.

The evil Pandora has escaped into the portal she has created in the tree by making a potion out of the flowers she has been growing and collecting from the tree. With the help of this potion, Pandora opens a portal in the tree and disappears. Ichabod had said that this could be the gateway to the Underworld.

But Evil will appear magnified many times and more potent than Pandora in this episode. Ichabod and Abbie will have to fight this new evil. This is not all. The Anubis Shard has been absorbed by Jenny and it is beginning to do its work.

The last scene of the previous episode showed Jenny being processed by the force of the Anubis Shard and seeing visions. What will happen to Jenny as the Shard is now inside her? Will she turn against Abbie?

The promo of the episode shows Ichabod and Abbie face a new monster and talk about an enemy that is so evil that it cannot be overcome.
