Issue Stemmed From Trash Talk Between James and Draymond Green

Stephen Curry's wife, Ayesha, does not only give all-out support to her man but the entire Golden State Warriors team as well. She even commented on the "high road" remarks of Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James.

Slamming King James

On her Twitter page, Ayesha slammed James for refusing to comment on the trash talk he got involved in during Game 4, saying he did not want to reply any further because he is taking the high road.

"High Road. invisible bridge used to step over said person when open floor is available left to right," Curry's wife said on her tweet. She also added that she has become an extreme fan of the Warriors and not just her husband.

Heated Trash Talk in Game 4

The issue started towards the end of Game 4 when Draymond Green and James got into a heated trash talk, which led to the latter stepping on Green and the Warriors player swinging at the King James' groin. Green has been suspended for the upcoming Game 5 after he was tagged for a flagrant foul.

Green's teammates, especially shooting guard Klay Thompson, took a swipe on James, saying he became too sensitive in handling the situation. Thompson noted that the feelings and ego of the Cavs star player was just hurt because of the incident.

"Guys talk trash in this league all the time,'' Thompson said. "I'm just kind of shocked some guys take it so personal. It's a man's league, and I've heard a lot of bad things on that court, but at the end of the day, it stays on the court.

James Taking the 'High Road'?

In response, James said he did not want to respond to Thompson's statements claiming that it is always hard to take the high road. He said that he has been doing this for the past 13 years but noted that it is not that easy.

James did not see his actions against Green as a sign of disrespect. He noted that he is not known to be a disrespectful person but claimed that it was just part of the competition.

Obviously, Green and the Warriors considered the action as a sign of disrespect to another player. Curry explained that it was how Green saw the situation and he just wanted to express how he felt about it. The Cavs star said he would have done the same thing if he was on his teammate's shoes.
