The famous novel now has a developing movie adaptation by director Andy Muschietti. Meanwhile, production has gone smoothly for this upcoming movie. In fact, there were a few shots from the production, showing that the film will have the creepy images from the novel to remain in the story.

Although the movie has started production, there has been little information about the entirety of the film. However, the few details that Muschietti shared on his Instagram account would already give fans the idea on how the film will run.

"It" will have two parts for the adaptation: the first part will follow the kids from the Losers Club as well as their confrontation with the evil clown; while the second part will be following the adults of the Losers Club and their fight with the evil clown to save themselves and their town from harm.

A Few Details About the Film

On the other hand, one of the images shared by Muschietti in his Instagram account is showing an Iron Gate with the number 29. This was one of the places where the evil soul disguised himself as a homeless man with leprosy. Later on, after being a homeless man, he then disguised himself as a werewolf. The images show how scary the character and the film will be. With these images, fans can say that the film is indeed in works and that they can expect it to be out soon.

"It" is being directed by Muschietti, based on the screenplay written by Gary Doberman and himself. The film is produced by Dan Lin, Roy Lee, Seth Grahame-Smith, and David Katzenberg. Executive producer of the film is Jon Silk.

Aside from Bill Skarsgard, the film also includes Finn Wolfhard who played Mike in the Netflix TV series, Stranger Things. The cast also includes Jaeden Lieberher, Jack Dylan Grazer, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Owen Teague, Sophia Lillis, and Nicholas Hamilton.

The movie is scheduled to premiere on September 8, 2017. This is a film by Warner Bros.
