Tamar Braxton, the 36-year-old singer-songwriter and co-host of "The Real," recently spoke about managing her business relationship with her husband and competing with his artist, Lady Gaga.
Braxton spoke up about balancing her marriage to her music executive husband Vince Herbert, who also manages her music career. The singer admitted that the pair have issues balancing their business and personal relationship.
"We don't. It's a complete conflict of interest," Braxton said on "Chelsea Lately" recently. "I just say 'What did you say about my album? When is it coming out boy?'"
Herbert also manages singer Lady Gaga's career. Still, the singer, who is friends with Gaga, admitted that her husband keeps things confidential with his clients.
"I don't. He keeps everybody's business separate," Braxton told temporary "Chelsea Lately" host Loni Love. "I know nothing about her business or anybody else's. He is a really good man."
Braxton and Herbert had gave birth to their first child last June. However, the singer admitted that motherhood did not come easy for her after her son Logan was born.
"I guess in a sense, I did feel unattached because I really really wanted to connect with him," Braxton admitted on "Good Morning America" recently. "I wanted to breastfeed and when he didn't latch on and I couldn't produce milk, I just felt like, 'Is this the wrong child? Am I the wrong mother?'"
Now, the new mother insists that her baby is nothing short of a blessing from God.
"When he finally latched on [while breastfeeding], I felt like, He got me and I got him and this was all meant to be," she said on GMA. "I am very happy. I feel complete. He is the best thing that ever happened to me."
