'The Bold and the Beautiful' news, cast, spoilers: Caroline and Ridge's engagement baby drama
Last week, there was a tension between Caroline (Lindsey Godfrey), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), and Thomas (Pierson Fode). With Ridge carrying a secret about what happened during his time in Paris, he was torn between whether to keep the secret and let Caroline go, or push through. Although he decided on the former, he quickly realized that he could not let Caroline have a life without him, and so he chased her once again and took Caroline by surprise as he asked her hand for marriage. Caroline is ecstatic about her future with Ridge, but it seems that the challenges are far from over.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, one of the biggest story twists is Caroline finding out she is pregnant. Although initially good news, as she has always expressed her desire to have a baby, Ridge's dark secret is actually not getting his vasectomy reversed while he was away. So when Caroline immediately shared the news, Ridge was anything but thrilled.
Ridge confides to his best friend Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) about his current dilemma. However, Brook is also aware that his eldest son, Thomas, has always looked at Caroline in a more romantic way. It is suggested that Brooke, as an outsider to the trio, will be able to come to a conclusion and find out who is the father of the child Caroline is carrying.

This is then followed by Brooke stepping in to meddle in their affairs, as her protective instinct on Ridge pushed her to do so. She confronts Caroline about the situation, and reveals everything to her. She tells her about the vasectomy and how she had figured out her and Thomas' short-lived affair. Caroline is more than shocked about everything; however, Brooke does not care as she gives Caroline an ultimatum to reveal everything to Ridge or she will take the matters into her own hands.
