'The Originals' Season 2 Finale Spoilers Indicates A Bloody Battle Between the Mikaelsons and Their Aunt Dahlia

The season finale of The CW's hit supernatural TV drama series "The Originals" is expected to bring down more bloodshed and exhilarating events.

A report from TV Line cited executive producer Michael Narducci talking about the upcoming season ender titled "Ashes to Ashes." He confirmed that the forthcoming segment will see more lives getting lost and that one of the show's beloved characters will die while some others will survive but with will bring along with them a life-changing experience.

"Nobody is safe," Narducci said. "That includes Hayley, who will risk alienating or losing some of the people she loves in order to protect her child, and Cami, who returns to the fold to get Klaus back on track."

While the situation seems a little bit dire, actress Claire Holt reveals to Entertainment Weekly what to expect in tonight's segment.

"There's a huge showdown at the end of this episode, and the outcome will be totally unexpected," she said. "There's a lot of action; there's a lot of drama. I think the audience will be on the edge of their seats the entire time, which is what you expect from a show like this."

The official synopsis shared by the network for the episode indicates that Klaus' (Joseph Morgan) plan to protect Baby Hope is working well. However, tensions between siblings will alter the plan to attack Dahlia (Claudia Black).

Davina (Danielle Campbell) on the other hand, prepares for the resurrection of Kol (Daniel Sharman).

According to reports, "The Originals" Season 2 finale which airs this Monday, May 11, will not only tie up Davina's story arc but will also tackle on the issue on Freya's (Riley Voelkel) trustworthiness.
