Woman Quits Job: Video Shows Woman Performing 'Interpretive Dance' to Quit (VIDEO)

An American woman has quit her job in Taiwan by recording a two minute "interpretive dance" video to quit after becoming disgruntled over her boss and her company's philosophy. Marina Shifrin recorded the video, which has since gone viral across the globe, garnering about 4.5 million views by Tuesday morning.

Shifrin can be seen in the video dancing through the offices of her employer, Next Media Animation. As she continues on, various caption pop up at the bottom of the screen explaining why she is disappointed with working there and ultimately why she is quitting.

She writes on her video: "For almost two years, I've sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job."

She added, "My boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So I figured I'd make one video of my own."

She then performs a kind of break dance, and then posts up "I Quit" numerous times. She concludes by turning off the lights to the office with a post saying, "I'm gone."

Here is the video of the woman performing her unique sign off at her job to inform her boss she quits:
