1,000 Teens Beautifully Sing the National Anthem in 18-Story Hotel - This Will Give You Chills (VIDEO)
Every year, 1,000 Kentucky high school choir members gather for the All-State Choir conference. The teens have a ritual where they raise a ruckus at every night – and it may be the most beautiful thing you hear all day.
At 10:55 pm, the students come out on the balconies of their respective floors. A hush falls over them, and then someone starts: "Oh, say can you see…" And then the entire hotel is filled with the sound of 1,000 young voices singing "The Star-Spangled Banner."
The Kentucky All-State Choir is happening now, and a video of part of their performance is going viral. However, the 2013 video below captures the whole song.
