4 Christian leaders react to Bernie Sanders ending campaign

Lila Rose, founder of the pro-life group Live Action, took to social media to announce the news to her followers, noting that she found little difference between Sanders and the presumptive nominee Joe Biden when it comes to abortion.
“Like [Biden] & virtually every other Democratic candidate, Sanders supported forcing taxpayers to fund abortion in the United States & abroad, zero restrictions on abortion, & more,” tweeted Rose.
Rose also tweeted a link to a Live Action story, which further detailed Sanders’ public policy support for abortion, saying he “took an ardently pro-abortion position.”
“At one point, Sanders stated that he opposed the death penalty because he felt the government shouldn’t be involved in killing; yet he supported the idea of taxpayer-funded abortion,” noted Live Action.
“While Sanders is no longer in the race, presumed Democratic nominee Joe Biden has likewise expressed support for Planned Parenthood and for the expansion of abortion.”
