4 potential targets for Trump after Maduro's capture

Trump renewed his long-standing interest in acquiring the Danish territory for national security reasons, amid heightened concerns following the Venezuela action.
The president told reporters, “It’s so strategic right now. Greenland is covered with Russian and Chinese ships all over the place. We need Greenland from the standpoint of national security, and Denmark is not going to be able to do it.”
In an interview with The Atlantic published Sunday, when asked what the Venezuela operation might mean for Greenland, Trump said, “They are going to have to view it themselves. I really don’t know.”
The comments prompted strong rebukes from Danish and Greenlandic leaders, who insisted the territory is not for sale.
"Our country is not an object of superpower rhetoric," Greenland Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen. "We are a people. A country. A democracy. This has to be respected."
