4. Criminal record dates back to 2023

DeFoor’s arrest this week is not his first encounter with law enforcement. In April 2023, he was charged with trespassing at the University of Cincinnati Health Psychiatric Emergency Services after allegedly refusing to leave the premises when ordered to do so, according to Fox News.

He was later ruled incompetent to stand trial, and the case was subsequently thrown out.

Nearly a year later, WXIX-TV reports that DeFoor was charged with two counts of vandalism for breaking windows at a business in a Cincinnati suburb. He pleaded guilty in April 2025 and was sentenced to two years at a mental health facility and fined $5,550.
