5 Bible Verses for When You Need Wisdom to Make Important Decisions

We could all use a little more wisdom when dealing with all of life's ups and downs. Here are five Bible verses dedicated to wisdom to help guide us through life's various changes.

1) Psalm 37:30
"The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom and their tongues speak what is just."

2) Colossians 2:2-3
"My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge."

3) Proverbs 29:11
"Fools give full vent to their rage but the wise bring calm in the end."

4) Proverbs 3:7
"Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil."

5) James 3:17
"But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere."
