A & D Marketing Concepts, an Orlando-based marketing and promotions firm, has announced the launch of the nationwide talent search Challenge of the Holy Choirs and Bands.

The competition, which will be held at the Holy Land Experience Theme Park in Orlando, Fla., on Dec. 2-3, will feature contestants from churches across the nation competing for a $1,000 grand prize in each category.

Angela Pugh, President of A&D Marketing Concepts states: “This competition targets those music ministries that want to be exposed to a larger audience, and those ministries that also want to grow and expand their careers. Our goal is not only to put them in front of judging professionals that can take them to the next level in the music industry, but to offer a variety of musical styles to an audience that is hungry for more.”

All styles of Christian choirs and bands are welcome to the competition with judges for both music competitions including recording producers, performers and professionals in the Christian recording arts industry.

Entry fee is $250 per group and includes a one-day full admission to the theme park and career tips from each judging participant.

A television broadcast of the Challenge competition is expected to air in mid January.
