This contestant on "Dancing With The Stars" is an inspiration to all of us. Noah Galloway is a military hero and an amazing dancer. After receiving his scores with his partner, he does something on live television that the world and his girlfriend will never forget!

After impressing the judges with his Waltz dance, it's hard not to have tears in your eyes. His story is beyond powerful and it means a lot to those watching. But, after all the dancing is when the real surprise comes … and no one was expecting this one! Noah had devised a plan to propose to the love of his life for all of the world to see, and it was PERFECT!

When you see him get down on one knee, it is almost impossible not to shed a tear. It even had the men crying on TV. WOW!
