The "Rolling in the Deep" singer and Life Water founder Konecki, 36, were first spotted together in January this year. When rumors of their engagement mounted, Adele slammed reports of marriage by posting on her blog.

"This is the first and last time I will comment on the details of my relationship with Simon," wrote the singer at the time. "Contrary to reports and headlines in the press today, Simon is divorced and has been for 4 years."

In addition to defending her boyfriend, Adele noted the support of her family and friends.

"Everyone in our lives separately and together wish us nothing but the best, and vice versa," wrote the singer. "These are the facts. Take care and see you all in February xx."

Adele's pregnancy arrives as her career continues to soar. The Grammy Award-winner reportedly planned on being pregnant by the end of the year, according to an insider.

"[Adele] told Simon how broody she's been feeling," a source close to the singer reported in March, according to the Daily Star.

The insider noted Konecki's 5-year-old daughter from his previous marriage, who Adele "absolutely adores," and that the couple agreed that they want more children together.

"It's a huge turnaround for Adele who's always said she wants to wait until she's at least 30 and has five albums before she thinks about a family," added the source. "But now they have their big pad in the country with ample bedrooms, she's keen to fill it with babies."
