When Senior Officer Bryan Knief and Cadet Officer Anthony Vacarro were called out to a Victoria, Tex. home, what they saw shocked them. Not a horrid crime scene, but the unfortunate reality that the family had no food. They decided they would do something about that, and shopper Rebecca Vasquez caught them in the act.
