An Israeli Mother Invented This Uplifting Device to Help Disabled Children Walk (VIDEO)

Debby Elnatan's son Rotem has cerebral palsy and is bound to a wheelchair. To help in walking him around, she invented the Firefly Upsee, a harness that holds a disabled child to an adult's legs, letting the child walk as the adult walks.
