According to Comic Book, an attack will take place at a government building. The emergency will call on Ray/Atom to go into action. It is said that an assailant will critically injure Ray, an incident that will put the brilliant scientist and the owner of Palmer Technologies in a dire condition.

As Starling City's police department went out to hunt the assailant, the Arrow (Stephen Amell) and his team will also get in the trail to get the man who is responsible on the attack at the Mayor's office.

However, things will complicate when Ra's al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable) came into the scene to kidnap Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne).

Meanwhile, casting reports indicated that as the DC TV series is coming edging closer to its season finale, it is said that that someone is saying goodbye to the show.

A report from Enstarz.com indicated that this "supposed exits" would probably take place in the series' episode 19 titled "Broken Arrow."

Citing Amell's social media update, one particular scene in the said segment would be a very emotional one.

"Sometimes real feelings creep into a scene. Goodbyes are tough. Even when they're scripted," the actor who plays Oliver Queen said.

But before that big shock comes in, "Arrow" Season 3 airs this Wednesday, April 1 with episode titled "Public Enemy" on The CW.
