Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore In Civil Confrontation at Celebrity Bash
Recently split couple Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have bumped into each other at a celebrity bash held prior to the Golden Globes ceremony on Sunday, Jan. 15.
The confrontation was entirely civilized, according to the New York Post, and the former couple were friendly to one another despite their highly publicized and recent divorce announcement.
Reports have described Kutcher as being the one to instigate the contact, by going over to greet Moore first.
The celebrity party took place Friday night at Soho House, and the main story emerging in celebrity gossip mags has been how Kutcher spotted his estranged wife mingling with Madonna and her former husband Sean Penn.
A source has told the NY Post: “Within five minutes of them seeing each other, Ashton did come over.”
“It was a crowded room so he made his way over. Demi and Ashton, and Madonna and Sean, were talking and hanging out. Ashton and Demi didn't arrive together, or spend the whole night together, but it was 100 percent normal. There wasn't an issue,” the source added.
Despite the contact the meeting was brief, and they were described as keeping their distance for the rest of the night. Kutcher also took a while to meet and talk to Rumer Willis; Moore’s daughter with former husband Bruce Willis.
