Brandi Glanville Claims LeAnn Rimes Has No Boundaries as Stepmom (VIDEO)

Brandi Glanville recently lashed out at long time rival LeAnn Rimes, reaffirming her prior claims that the troubled singer is an "overbearing" stepmother.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" breakout star opened up about Rimes' relationship with her two sons, who are fathered by actor Eddie Cibrian. At one point Glanville, 40, suggested that Rimes, 30, uses Cibrian's young sons as pawns to hurt her.

"I can't say how I would have felt about her had it not happened because it did happen. So I really don't know how I would have acted if [Eddie] left me first and then got with her," Glanville told OK! magazine with reference to her ex-husband's affair with Rimes.

"What it is, is how she just doesn't have boundaries when it comes to my children and it upsets me because it was like that even when I was still married to Eddie and they were together," she explained. "She was … tweeting things about them and texting me really horrible things [saying] 'I love the boys. I can't wait to make their lunches.'"

During a previous appearance on the "Wendy Williams" show Glanville was asked how Rimes is as a stepmother to which she replied "overbearing, well sorry, she is!"

In 2009 Rimes, who was married to Dean Sheremet at the time, had an extramarital affair with Cibrian, who was married to Glanville at the time. The country singer went on to marry Cibrian, 41, and she has been embroiled in a bitter feud with Glanville ever since.

In November, the Rimes-Glanville feud reached new heights when the singer referred to her stepsons, Mason, 8, and Jake, 5, as "my boys" in a Twitter post.

"Flying out with my boys in a few hrs. Love that it's a family tour weekend. It's always more fun when they are with me," Rimes tweeted.

Glanville did not take Rimes' tweet too kindly because she referred to them as "my boys" and not as her "stepsons." The former model wasted no time firing back at Rimes on Dec. 1.

"Someone is trying 2 get under my skin by calling MY children "her boys" Sooo transparent! They R MY boys, Eddie Boys and ur step-sons… 4 now," Glanville tweeted to her 157,000 followers.

The pair constantly goes back and forth with subliminal insults on Twitter, and in a recent interview, Rimes recently took aim at Glanville following the release of her new book entitled "Drinking and Tweeting and Other Brandi Blunders."

"Some of the stories are so insane," Rimes told U.K. paper Metro with regards to Glanville's controversial book.

"I try to let it roll off my back but it's gone on for a long time. I have a talent, I can sing. I don't earn my money from trying to hurt people or get in the tabloids," she sniped.
