Cameron Diaz Spoofs 'DWTS' in 'What to Expect'

The trailer for Cameron Diaz's new movie "What to Expect When You're Expecting" reveals the actress on the dance floor in scenes reminiscent of "Dancing With the Stars."

Diaz portrays Jules in the film which follows five different interconnected couples as they experience the thrills and challenges of having a baby.

The 39-year-old actress is seen scantily-clad in the trailer for "What to Expect When You're Expecting" as she portrays a celebrity who is participating on the fictional reality television series, "Celebrity Dance Factor."

The spoof scene in the film's "Celebrity Dance Factor" scene is assumed to also poke fun at Simon Cowell's reality television series, "X-Factor."

In the scene, Diaz is featured dancing with her "What to Expect" co-star, Matthew Morrison of "Glee."

The actress is well known for being a workout enthusiast, and the dancing outfit leaves little to the imagination.

Numerous A-list actors are also seen in the upcoming comedy, including Jennifer Lopez, Dennis Quaid, Chris Rock, and Elizabeth Banks.

Banks is featured in a scene as she describes pregnancy to a group of women. Portraying heavily pregnant Wendy in the movie, Banks said, "I just wanted the glow, I wanted the promise on the cover of those magazines. Well I'm calling it, pregnancy sucks!"

She continued, "Making a human being is really hard, I have no control over my body or my emotions."

Pointing to her onscreen husband in the trailer, Banks said, "I'm sorry, all I wanna do is punch you!"

Also in the teaser for "What to Expect," Rock appears with a group of other fathers in the "Dude's Group."

One member of the group asked, "You dropped your kid on the changing table?"

Another dad explained, "Stuff just happens, ok? Last week, my kid ate a cigarette."

The romantic comedy proves that no matter what you plan for, life is always unexpected.

HBO's "True Blood" star Joe Manganiello and Anna Kendrick from "Twilight" also appear as members of the star-studded cast.

"What to Expect When You're Expecting" is scheduled to premiere May 18.
