Casey Anthony started tearing up upon hearing the "not guilty" verdict in the charge of first-degree murder. After all the verdicts were read, Anthony hugged her lawyers. While Judge Belvin Perry read the verdicts back to Casey, she continued to cry.

A verdict in the Casey Anthony murder trial has been reached and will be announced at 2:15 p.m. ET.

Casey Anthony could face the death penalty if found guilty of first-degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony.

Anthony is also charged with six other counts in the death of Caylee, including aggravated manslaughter of a child; aggravated child abuse; and four counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

Defense attorneys claim that Caylee Anthony died after she accidentally drowned in the family pool. Casey didn't report the death.

Prosecutors say that Casey Anthony deliberately killed her daughter and buried her body in the woods near the family home.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Jury deliberations began Monday after 46 days of trial. The verdict will be delivered by 12 jurors.
