Casting Crowns on US 'Come to the Well' Tour With World Vision
Christian worship rock band Casting Crowns has teamed up with fellow praise rockers Sanctus Real, The Afters and singer Lindsay McCaul on the "Come to the Well" fall tour that kicked off Sept. 22 in El Paso, Texas.
Casting Crowns is headlining the 40-city tour, named "Come to the Well" after the band’s studio album of the same name being released on Oct. 18.
The album, the band’s fifth, is the first Casting Crowns has released in two years. It includes the single "Courageous," which is featured in the new film, “Courageous.”

The tour is partnering with World Vision, a Christian humanitarian organization that provides assistance to more than 100 million people in roughly 100 countries who are suffering from poverty and injustice.
According to the Casting Crowns website, the tour has generated 52,000 child sponsorships for World Vision.
Casting Crowns has sold 4.5 million records and has won a Grammy, 23 Dove Awards, and an American Music Award. The band has had eight charting singles.
Sanctus Real just released "Pieces of a Broken Heart," and lead singer Mark Hammit just released "Every Falling Tear," a solo project he recorded as inspiration for his young son who battled for his life after being born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
Sanctus Real has eight albums to date and seven No. 1 radio singles.
The band The Afters has five albums and has been nominated for six Dove awards, winning two of them. McCaul, the newcomer of the group, will be touring for the first time.
