However, both will be weary of the threat from Spain's Atletico Madrid who are in this spot, having lost to Chelsea and drawn to Roma in their opening two games. But they will be massive favorites to take three points from their game today against FK Qarabag, which would lift them onto four points.

For today's game, Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata is set to make a return to fitness following his hamstring injury sustained last month. He was ruled not ready yet to face Crystal Palace at the weekend, but has been declared fit for today's game against Roma.

Blues manager Antonio Conte has said, "I could take a risk on Saturday to force Morata to play against Crystal Palace, but I'm not so stupid. I'm not taking a risk if I decide for Morata to play against Roma."

Meanwhile, midfielders N'Golo Kante and Danny Drinkwater are both out with hamstring and calf injuries respectively.
