Central Division rivals collide as the Chicago Bulls host the Indiana Pacers at the United Center on Wednesday night.

At the moment, the two teams are behind the Cleveland Cavaliers who are on top of the Central with a 21-9 record. Only 3.0 games behind them are the Pacers with a 18-12 standing, while the Bulls are only half a game behind the Pacers with a 17-12 record at the moment.
The Detroit Pistons are fourth while the Milwaukee Bucks finish out the division in fifth place.
Being that they are division rivals, they are set to meet four times in the regular season and the two franchises have already met twice – with either winning a contest.
In the first game in Chicago, the Bulls held on to win 96-95 as they held off the Indiana run late in the game.
Chicago led early but the Pacers found the strength to slowly chip away at the lead until the game was close but they ultimately fell short by a point.
In the loss, Paul George had 26 points, seven rebounds and five assists to lead the Pacers. On the other hand, the Bulls were anchored by Derrick Rose who had a vintage game with 23 points, two rebounds and six assists.
When the scene shifted to Indiana for the second game, the Pacers were the one who started off hot to lead by double digits at the end of the first quarter. They would eventually hold on to the lead and keep the Bulls at bay as they won 104-92.
George had another spectacular showing with 33 points in the victory, while Nikola Mirotic carried the scoring load for the Bulls with 25 points.
