Christian leaders share inspiring new year messages for 2019

Beloved speaker and author Priscilla Shirer kicked off the year with a message about what’s to come in theaters for 2019.
In 2018, the film "I Can Only Imagine" brought in $17.1 million domestically during its opening weekend, and over $83 million total, superseding expectations. And the movie "Paul, Apostle of Christ" was among the top 10 films at the box office during its opening weekend.
2019 is expected to be another blockbuster year for Christian films and the “War Room” actress endorsed two films in particular.
“Welcome to 2019!!! It’s going to be a great year at the movies!” Shirer posted on social media along with a video promotion for her upcoming film with the Kendrick Brothers.
“@devonfranklin & @chrissymetz new film @breakthroughmovie comes out at Easter. It’s going to be spectacular!” she acknowledged, adding. “I’m so excited about @overcomermovie !!!!
